Human body is a mystery

After eating a heap of junk yesterday, I was expecting a bad weigh-in this morning. Very pleasantly surprised to come in at 107.25kg, significantly down on yesterday (108.1kg).

Chart below is my physicsdiet.com chart for the last 30 days. The spike near the start I'm putting down to some stress eating and lack of training after new years.

I'm hoping to run out that red zone in the next few days and have a (almost) green chart (you see the tiny red from yesterdays weigh-in?).

Thanks man for visiting my blog and for the comment. I sure hope it gets easier. need to get the biking down so I don't have any issues with that when i do my triathlon in April. I see from a way earlier post of your (2007) that you had issues with swimming. How did that turn out? I have the same problem as I too am reading the Total Immersion book; my trainer suggested it. Still need to improve a lot so I am bit nervous about that. Seem like your doing well. Your motivated enough to run a lot and great job at that, along with your weight loss.
Catch you later...

Had some mixed success with Total Immersion and would definitely recommend it...it's all good stuff.

My swimming though is still very poor...I can do 50m now at a stretch (did 100m non-stop before Christmas, but that was a once off). I'm still hoping to do at least 2 sprint (pool-based) triathlons this year...I'll be the last out of the pool, but I don't care.

Keep at it and you'll get there.
