Trying to get back into an exercise routine after last weeks holiday and Febuary's disappointing totals. Cycled to \ from work today which was a bit tough (mainly since chain had got really rusty!) but weather was quite pleasent. I want to start doing longer cycles in the mornings, but I'm such a disaster.
Got out for a short run at lunch as well, a long time since I've done that. Nothing great to report, besides the fact I actually done it - 7 min non-stop with a few run\walks to round out a total run of 20 mins which I'm not going to complain about. Plan is to build on that and see how it goes.
