So I got this message from a friend:

I want to see what your are not doing!Which is fair enough :) Actually, I've been doing a bit recently, mainly diet based (lost around a stone since September) and had a few new years resolutions to get out and do some running & cycling. The weather's been so crap I hadn't done either, but the first clear lunchtime of the new year (yesterday), I got out for a run. It went a lot better than I expected, doing something like seven sets of three minutes, with three minute rests (the plan was 2 x (3m run + 3m walk) + 2 x (90s run + 90s walk)). Feel stiff today, but hey - to be expected.
